privacy policy

dodgelist is operated by the dodgelist community administration team. This policy explains the information handled by this website. Contact the team through a private Discord support ticket for privacy, correction, or removal requests.

public report information

The directory publishes staff-entered Riot IDs, regions, report tags, risk labels, descriptions, evidence links, dates, previously observed usernames, and manually linked alternate accounts. These are community allegations, not Riot findings. Do not submit real names, addresses, private contact details, credentials, or unrelated personal information.

account identifiers and third-party lookups

A linked report may store a PUUID, a stable Riot account identifier, and the time an account lookup was requested. PUUIDs are available to authorized staff and are omitted from the public directory response. Where enabled and permitted, staff lookups send a Riot ID or PUUID to HenrikDev to retrieve account information. Results can be cached and do not prove account ownership or misconduct. Alternate-account links are staff judgments, not an API determination.

staff sign-in and cookies

Discord sign-in requests your profile and email. We use your Discord ID, display name, and verified email to identify staff and apply permissions. The website does not receive your Discord password. Necessary, secure cookies maintain sign-in and protect the login flow; sessions expire after eight hours. Signing out revokes the current session. Session tokens are stored as hashes in the database. This website does not currently include advertising or third-party analytics scripts.

hosting and external services

Cloudflare hosts the website, database, and private backups and processes network information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure the service. Discord processes sign-in and support tickets under its own policies. HenrikDev processes permitted account lookups under its own policies. Following an evidence link or Discord invite takes you to another service. Its privacy practices apply there.

retention and recovery copies

Reports remain in the live directory until an administrator removes them; edits and appeals may result in correction or removal. Staff membership records remain until an administrator removes the grant. Expired sessions are cleaned by the daily maintenance task. Database daily recovery copies are retained for 90 days, and other database checkpoints for 30 days. Private offsite daily copies are protected from deletion for 90 days and expire after 365 days. Removed or corrected information may remain in those restricted recovery copies until expiration. Recovery copies are for recovery and are not public archives.

access, correction, and removal

Open a private support ticket and identify the relevant Riot ID or listing, the information you want reviewed, and your reason. Provide only the information necessary to assess your request; never send passwords or API keys. You may request access to information about you, correction, removal, or review of account-linking evidence. The team will assess the request and any applicable obligations. Please flag doxxing or exposed credentials as urgent.
