terms of use

These terms describe permitted use of dodgelist, an independent community report directory operated by the dodgelist community administration team. Please read the privacy policy and reporting guidelines before using the service or submitting information.

understand the listings

Reports, tags, risk labels, and account links are community assessments. They are not official Riot findings, proof of misconduct, or guarantees about a player. Consider the evidence and context, and use Riot’s own reporting tools for suspected violations. A linked PUUID identifies an account; it does not establish who controls it or validate a report.

acceptable use

Do not use dodgelist to harass, threaten, dox, target, impersonate, or organize abuse against anyone. Do not submit fabricated, misleading, discriminatory, or retaliatory reports. Do not expose credentials or unrelated personal information. Do not bypass access controls, compromise the service, or reuse data to evade a player’s privacy choices or a provider’s restrictions.

submissions and evidence

Submit only information you are entitled to share. Describe the specific incident, distinguish observation from inference, and provide relevant context. By submitting material, you authorize the team to review it and, where appropriate, publish the report information and evidence links you supply. Keep sensitive evidence in private tickets and identify information that needs redaction before publication.

moderation and appeals

Staff can add and edit reports. Administrators and the founder can also remove reports and manage staff access. Only the founder can grant or change administrator access. The team may correct or remove content and revoke staff access for misuse. Anyone may appeal a listing through a private Discord ticket. Appeals should be assessed fairly on evidence and context, regardless of the person involved. An appeal does not automatically establish the report’s accuracy or inaccuracy.

availability and external services

We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but reports may be incomplete or outdated and the website may experience interruptions. Do not rely on it as your sole source for decisions about a player. Discord, evidence hosts, and API providers operate independently and apply their own terms. Nothing on this website grants permission to violate those terms.

updates and contact

Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date. Contact the administration team through Discord support tickets with questions, misuse reports, or requests about your information. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
